I’ve been there! Starting my own business was both exhilarating and overwhelming. I sometimes felt paralyzed by the sheer number of online platforms and the complexities of streamlining my workflows. I wanted to optimize my processes to spend more time with my clients, but I was drowning in technical tasks. I recognized that I loved learning about these tools, but that not everyone would or would want to spend their limited time diving into them. That's when I realized the immense value of having a patient guide to illuminate the way and provide practical solutions, especially for mental health professionals, most of whom got into this work for the connection and healing and not to manage administrative tasks.
